Should you wish to alter your travel arrangements in any way after booking your tour, we will do our best to accommodate changes provided we receive written notification from the lead person on the reservation no less than 25 days prior to your arrival date. All changes will be subject to an amendment fee of $50. If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your reservation, cancellation penalties will apply.Though we plan your vacation well in advance, amendments may sometimes be necessary for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to makes such changes at any time prior to your tour. In the unlikely event changes do need to be made to the original reservation, or in the case of advertised accommodations being unavailable at time of booking, Tour Vin will offer alternate accommodations of the same standard as close as possible to the one originally booked. |
